The Community Chest is invested in encouraging young women to be involved as community leaders now and in the future. Each year the Community Chest offers a Young Woman's Leadership Award. Eligible Applicants are high school juniors and seniors. One senior winner will be awarded $5000; two junior winners will be awarded $1,000 each and the opportunity for an internship
