What Types of Agencies Does The Community Chest Fund?

Agencies applying for funds must meet the following criteria:

• Agencies must have a 501(c)3 IRS designation.

• They must be incorporated for at least two years.

• They must provide services to residents of eastern Bergen County including:

  Alpine, Bergenfield, Closter, Cresskill, Demarest, Dumont, Englewood, Englewood Cliffs, Harrington Park, Haworth, Northvale, Norwood, Old Tappan, Rockleigh, and Tenafly

• Agencies must be in compliance with our Statement of Statement of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice (found under “Who We Are” menu, first item Mission, Vision, Statement of Inclusion)

New applicants that meet the above criteria are invited to apply for funding.
