Mid and end of term reporting

For our agencies receiving funding for this year, we require a mid and end of term report of the funds allocated supporting the priorities listed on your application.

Please send your midterm report to Shelly Wimpfheimer, as indicated on the form.

The midyear grant reports for 2026 will be due on June 30, 2026.
