We were proud to be among the 2026 honorees at the Center for Hope and Safety’s Evening of Hope, recognized for our support of their mission to bring hope, safety, and empowerment to survivors of domestic violence in Bergen County.
Community Chest received a $2,000 grant from Englewood Rotary to be used to support professional development programming for local nonprofits
The Community Chest is committed to encouraging young women to become leaders in their professions and their communities. We do this through our Young Women's Leadership Award, a competitive award that recognizes outstanding high schoolers, for their compassionate, committed and intelligent leadership in their communities.
Students living in, or attending, a public or private school in one of The Community Chest's 15 towns, may apply for this award. The awards are reviewed and granted by a team of professionals who review them and determine their appropriateness. Each year 2 awards are granted to juniors and 2 to seniors
