This is the ssecond of a two-day workshop designed to teach families how to prepare wholesome meals and learn the importance of choosing nutritious foods while improving their overall health.

Day 2: Tuesday, October 17th 5:30-7:30pm. The Family Dinner will bring everyone together to enjoy a meal prepared by the onsite chef. Attendees will participate in conversations over dinner regarding healthy food choices. Then closing out the night with the desserts made by the students. Parents, Guardians, Grandparents, Adult Members and Younger Siblings are welcome to attend.
